Hello I’m Siobán
I empower fundraisers to rediscover their self belief, and find imaginative solutions in a changing landscape
My Approach
Creative
I’ll take a creative approach.
When something’s been blocking your way for a while, you need a different approach to get past it. I’ll use prompts and questions to help you reframe your challenges, spot unhelpful patterns, and explore new routes to achieving your goals.
Attentive
I’ll tailor-make your experience.
My most important role is to hold a regular space amidst the rush, where you can feel listened to, understood and supported as you explore your goals and unpick challenges. From how we choose to meet (online, in my office, or in a ‘walk and talk’ session) to the pace and goals we set, I’ll design the journey to work for you.
Purposeful
I’ll keep you moving forward.
Once you’ve set your goals, I’ll hold you to achieving them. I’ll support you to make a plan, and check in with you as you put it into practice. Along the way, we’ll make time to recognise success and navigate challenges, ensuring you have all the tools you need to make real change in your life and career.
What Clients are Saying
"Because she shares a similar professional background in fundraising, Siobán has a deep understanding of the particular challenges, frustrations, and pitfalls that come with this line of work. That shared context meant I trusted that she truly understood where I was coming from, and that her observations and questions were grounded and relevant."
Alison Woolley, former Development Director at Goldsmiths, University of London
"Siobán’s coaching style is insistent but progressive and she gave proper space for me to solve my own issues. Her quality of listening and gentle yet incisive prompting ensured that I felt both safe and productive”
Gus Campbell, Founder and Digital Business Consultant
"Thank you for a powerful first session, which has already put me on a pathway to different thinking. I really liked the walk and talk format and the change of energy it provided, which was new to me. ”
Zoe Wilson-Young, Head of Alumni Relations and Regular Giving
"There was a session where we were talking about networking and how to approach events to make the most out of it. Siobán gave me tangible tools to make the most out of events and thinking strategies to ensure I knew what outcomes I wanted from the relationships I was forming."

About
I have spent over 30 years championing the arts for young people and for social change as an experienced Arts Fundraiser. I have worked at Unicorn Theatre for Children and Wac Arts, chaired the Boards of Theatre Peckham and Jumped Up Theatre, and run a portfolio career as a consultant.
Today I am Fundraising Associate of The Reading Agency, co-founder of Park Bench Theatre and an accredited Relational Dynamic Coach, working with groups and individuals.
Coaching has transformed my approach to my work. I have moved away from a traditional pedagogic leadership model to empowering coachees to work out a problem for themselves. For me this is revolutionary. I am repeatedly amazed and delighted when a coachee reaches their own conclusions in their own time. Sometimes what they say resonates with something I might have put forward but always it is owned with confidence. I recognise the satisfaction they feel at reaching their own realisations and the self-belief which comes with it.
My coaching is person-centred, making you the expert in the room, and I have a particular focus on supporting fundraisers.
'“You have a fantastic understanding of the arts/ community sector and experience working in the field making you and your advice relatable.”
